Despite all of Array’s superpowers, we know that sometimes you just want to get in and out as quickly as possible so you can push your new form to the wild and start capturing data immediately. Other times you’ve already spent hours crafting the perfect form: You’ve made it intelligent with logic, included a video capture field for closing remarks, and added a signature at the end to verify authenticity. It’s looking great, but you still feel like something’s missing…
Today we’re announcing the Array Market: A suite of services built to streamline your form creation process. Whether you’re looking for tools to guide you all the way from start to finish, or you just want to give your form that little extra polish that’ll really make it shine, the Array Market makes it easy as one, two, three.
1) Sample Forms
The Array Market comes populated with over 100 sample forms, ranging from employee satisfaction and product feedback surveys to inventory and event checklists. These forms can be download to your personal account for free, taking most of the heavy lifting off your shoulders.
We’ve put together some initial categories that should make it easy to find useful forms: business manager, customer feedback, sales & field rep, etc. Find a category that aligns with the way you use Array and have at it.
Keep in mind that these forms are meant to serve as a template — once downloaded, you’ll still want to edit them to meet your specific needs.
Now that you’ve got a form set up, you’ll want to plug it into your pre existing workflow. Maybe you want to capture all the emails of attendees signing up for your marketing event, or add a lead from the field to your client database. We’ve got you covered.
After customizing a sample form, you should incorporate a few app integrations. As of today, Array connects with Google Calendar, Drive, MailChimp. By setting up these connections, you can automatically send data captured in a Array form to the other apps you’re already using, saving you the headache of needing to laboriously enter it yourself. Likewise, you can also pull data from outside Array into your form, helping users avoid having to provide redundant information you already have stored elsewhere.

At this point your hard work is starting to come together, and you’ve got yourself a quality form. The final step is to check out our collection of design themes, meant to take your form from the standard “cookie cutter” look to one that really stands out.
As with the sample forms, these themes can be downloaded to your account and easily applied to your forms. You may want to apply a theme as-is, or make some changes to match it with your company’s brand aesthetics.
